
How far in advance should I book?
We strongly recommend that you book your transfer 24 hours in advance. However, for any emergency/last-minute bookings, give us a call on 0412-881-390 and we will try our best to arrange your transfer.

How much luggage can I take?
Due to space limitations, we are able to accommodate each passenger with one suitcase and one piece of hand luggage. If you are travelling with excess luggage or over-sized luggage, such as surfboards, golf bags, etc, please contact us before making a booking.
Do you provide baby car seats / booster seats?
Yes, we can provide both baby car seats and booster seats upon request without extra charge.
Please request at the time of booking so we can install them prior to your pick-up.
How do I make a payment?
Payment can be made by all major cards prior to the transfer date. We will send you payment details by email once your booking is confirmed
OR
Cash payment at the time of your transfer.

What happens if my flight is delayed?
Your driver will be kept aware of your flight's arrival time and will be waiting to pick you up whenever your flight does arrive, all at no extra charge.
What is the cancellation policy?
We expect a phone call or an email advising cancellation of your transfer at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled transfer.

If your cancellation is less than 24 hours before the transfer, there is a $20 cancellation/administration charge.

For all prepaid transfers the Cancellation Policy is as stated below :-
①Notice prior to 24 hours - Refund less $10 administration charges.
②Notice less than 24 hours - Refund 50% of the transfer involved.
③No Notice prior to departure time - No Refund.
